WOMEN TALK WORK is a video project featuring female and other* creatives sharing their work, interests and experiences in the creative industry.
Introducing students, recent graduates and professionals, the project offers
sneak peek into their creative journeys and motives behind their work.
The project started as a response to the issue of how the large number of female art students doesn’t translate to the number of women working in the creative industry. There is a lack of female representation in creative roles, especially senior ones,
and too few women giving lectures and talks or working in award juries.
WTW examines what factors into women getting into arts and starting and keeping up with a creative career. The project aims to inform and inspire current and future creatives and to contribute to making the creative industry more equal and diverse.

*The project acknowledges and aims to include everyone who doesn’t identify as a man
